Comprehensive Physician Assessment at Admission

Psychotherapy = Two 90-min. sessions/week

Stress Management/Relaxation Training = Two 90-min. sessions/week

Life/Professional Coach = 2 90-min. sessions/week

Massage (60 min.) = 2 per week

Yoga/Meditation = 1 session/week

Lifestyle Management Coach – 2 sessions/week

Chef prepared meals

Housekeeping/laundry/linen service

Transportation to outside Community Meetings, Appts.

24/7 Staffing (Nursing if applicable, add’l charges apply)

Medication Management (if applicable)

Recreation/Fitness Coach – scheduled as appropriate to fitness level/goals
